We are looking for Learning and Development Expert to boost our growing team in Plovdiv.
What will you do:
- Assess and identify future and current training needs through surveys, interviews with employees or consultation with management;
- Design training programs and deliver training in line with the development strategy of the company;
- Successfully consulting and influencing leaders regarding training activities;
- Provide advice and guidance to management on the current development needs of individuals and teams and provide advice on appropriate development activities;
- Develop, implement and maintain a Performance Management System;
- Managå partnerships with external training, assessment and consulting vendors.
Skills, experience, knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or relevant
- Previous experience in designing, developing and delivering trainings; developing a training strategy and understanding of different training methods and channels
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and be innovative and creative with course design and facilitation
- Outstanding presentation and training skill
- English language skills - verbal and written
- Very good computer skills (experience with HR systems is an advantage)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and high emotional intelligence
