Manage the talent acquisition process, interviewing, candidates selection, hiring and onboarding;
Collaborate with managers to understand hiring needs and goals and give consultation on the sustainability of candidates and assure the highest level of person-job and person-organization fit;
Research and develop new recruiting sources and strategies that produce diverse applicant pools and meet the needs of the business;
Proactively seek and cultivate relationships with passive and active candidates using a variety of methods, including but not limited to job search engines, social networking, career fairs, networking events, universities, referrals;
Generate regular reports to keep track on the recruitment progress.
Skills, experience, knowledge:
Extensive experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (experience in manufacturing industry recruiting is an advantage)
Degree in Economics, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to take initiative, work independently, and be innovative
English - verbal and written
Very good computer skills
Strong analytical skills and high emotional intelligence
