Talent Acquisition Specialist

What you will do:

  • Manage the talent acquisition process, interviewing, candidates selection, hiring and onboarding;
  • Collaborate with managers to understand hiring needs and goals and give consultation on the sustainability of candidates and assure the highest level of person-job and person-organization fit;
  • Research and develop new recruiting sources and strategies that produce diverse applicant pools and meet the needs of the business;
  • Proactively seek and cultivate relationships with passive and active candidates using a variety of methods, including but not limited to job search engines, social networking, career fairs, networking events, universities, referrals;
  • Generate regular reports to keep track on the recruitment progress.

Skills, experience, knowledge:

  • Extensive experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (experience in manufacturing industry recruiting is an advantage)
  • Degree in Economics, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently, and be innovative
  • English - verbal and written
  • Very good computer skills
  • Strong analytical skills and high emotional intelligence
