Technical Support Specialist in International Service Center

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing remote technical support assistance to BTL technical personnel worldwide;
  • Processing of incoming service cases from our Branches and Distributors through email and ERP system;
  • Daily communication via email regarding troubleshooting;
  • Identifying, offering and sending the necessary spare parts;
  • Cooperation with Production, Logistics and R&D.

Skills, experience, knowledge:

  • University or secondaryl degree in Electronics, Electrical engineering, Mechanical engineering or similar;
  • Previous experience on a similar position;
  • Very good written and verbal English;
  • Analytical thinking and organizational skills;
  • Proactive and customer oriented attitude.
