Technical Support Specialist

Key responsibilities

  • Daily contact with the international service centers of the company regarding their service problems and technical issues, via e-mail.
  • Managing the daily service cases – registering, advising how to solve technical issues, sending spare parts
  • Managing of the process for repairs provided by our local service team, and external service providers
  • Preparing the necessary documentation connected with the service process – service records, warehouse requests

Skills needed

  • English language skills
  • Technical background or education
  • Proactive person willing to learn and develop their knowledge
  • Person willing to help others and willing to work in a team
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday from 1 pm to 10 pm
